We had a special assembly with a visitor called Jude. She came to help us stay safe on the roads. She told us about how important road safety is for everyone, not just for children!
We then listened to a story that Jude had written to help to remind us about the rules on the road. We asked her questions about the story and then she showed us a doll that had been created for the main character. She gave them both as a gift to our school!
This visit was part of the Liverpool campaign ‘Slow down for Bobby’ The children were very interested during the session and loved the story.
