1. Creative activities for young people to do at home

FREE – Early Years-KS5

Loads of ideas for young people to do at home, stimulating creativity and imagination. Developed by Tate Liverpool with Young People’s Advisory Service.

 

2. Daily Drawing Course

FREE – Early Years-KS5

Outline Arts has created 5-minute videos to inspire a daily drawing task with the idea that taking 10-15 minutes each day will develop your drawing skills and wellbeing. It’s for all ages, open to interpretation and you can go at your own pace.

 

3. Stay-at-home photography toolkit

FREE – Early Years-KS5

A set of creative photography workshops and activities for families and young people to do at home.

 

4. Teeny Tiny Theatre at home

FREE – Early Years-KS1

Since the first lockdown in 2020, Teeny Tiny Theatre have built a wealth of free recorded Creative Play and Drama activities for children aged 2-8 years on their website and YouTube channel – scroll down to see the full programme! From imaginative play adventures into the jungle and up into space, to silly word games and energetic warm-ups, there’s plenty of creative fun for children in the classroom with their teacher or in their own living rooms to enjoy with their families and all for FREE.

 

5. Imaginative Adventures

FREE – KS1+

This 22-minute video aims to help pupils use visualisation and drama techniques to inspire positive thinking.

 

6. Express Yourself Dance Workshop

FREE – KS1

Find yourself some space and get ready to join Mike, a Choreographer from The Bookworm Players.

Focusing on themes of kindness, friendship and identity this fun, interactive workshop uses dance to help pupils express themselves.
