Four of our Year 2 children – Taylor, Lola, Lily & Ethan took part in a Dragons Den Maths app or game competition. They designed an amazing underwater themed board game for children aged 5+. They had to present their game to four ‘Dragons’ in front of a room filled with children and teachers! They were so confident when presenting their pitch and the even answered some tricky questions from The Dragons. Their pitch ended with a fabulous poem. It was a fun day as they listened to presentations from other schools and had a tasty lunch. Their efforts were rewarded as they were presented with a prize of £250 for being runners-up in the primary category. We are all very proud of them. A big ‘thank you’ too for Miss Mittal who supported them through the process.
